On financial challenges and support:
“College is a big item in our budget. So sometimes it’s, ‘Okay, can we do this or can we do college?’ And sometimes life happens.”

On how financial support impacts his education:
“I like the financial support… it’s just less stress for us to worry about. We can worry about our lives, and then we can do the college work, come to work, and just really give it our 100%.”
