Ms. Bryonna Harrington is a Paraprofessional at C.H. Gullatt ES located in Fulton Co. Schools. Bryonna brings learning to life through engaging, interactive experiences that invite students to move, participate, and express themselves. Her use of creative movement connects with Georgia’s Early Learning and Development Standard CD-CR1.4a, which encourages children to express thoughts, feelings, and creativity through dance. These experiences bring an arts-integrated approach to learning while encouraging student confidence and participation.
During small group instruction, I have observed her differentiate to meet students’ individual learning needs and use a variety of strategies to sustain engagement. She creates opportunities for students to participate meaningfully while receiving the support they need to grow.
Her commitment extends beyond the classroom. She is an active, eager participant in both ELA and math professional learning communities, contributing to discussions and embracing opportunities to strengthen her practice.
