The Georgia Professional Standards Commission will host the 2026 Teacher Pipeline Summit at Fort Valley State University, aimed at insulating the teacher pipeline. The Summit will place special emphasis on unique teacher pathways such as Call Me Mister, Education as a Profession, and HBCU teacher prep programs. The Summit supports Georgia’s Strategic Plan for Educator Recruitment and Retention.
