The State Health Benefit Plan provides affordable, quality health care to Georgia’s state and public school employees, with continued benefits as retirees. As a new employee, you will work with your district’s Human Resources Department to enroll in benefits during your onboarding process.

Flexible Benefits

Georgia’s Flexible Benefits program for state and public school employees safeguards your health, life, and finances against life’s challenges.

Optional benefits include vision, dental, savings plans, 401k, Health Spending Accounts (HSA), short & long-term disability, life insurance, and long-term care, to name a few.
